Vocational Education & Training
The senior years at school represent a time of transition and leadership as boys consider their future.
At St Augustine’s we want our boys to have the confidence to evolve with an ever-changing world. During these final years of schooling the young Men of Saints develop flexibility of mind, strength of character and are equipped with the skills needed to navigate future challenges and learning beyond their formal years of schooling.
Our vocational education and training (VET) courses ensure each student can pursue his pathway of choice. Alongside the Queensland Curriculum and Assessment Authority (QCAA) students in Years 11 & 12 have the option of applied subjects/ VET studies. VET subjects are suited to students who are primarily interested in pathways beyond senior secondary schooling that lead to further vocational education and training or work.
St Augustine’s College is a Registered Training Organisation - RTO 40807.
